Group Lead Teacher

We are currently accepting applications for a Full Time Group Lead Teacher. Our ideal candidate would have at least 1 year of classroom experience and possess applicable Early Childhood College classes or degree to be Group Lead Qualified. Candidates that possess the ability to write and implement their own Creative Curriculum bases lesson plans, conduct quarterly assessments, communicate with parents effectively (daily & conferences) are a must.

• About our Two’s Program

  • Our Two’s room has a strong reputation and wait list from the surrounding neighborhood

  • We have 14 kiddos being cared for by 3 teachers (that’s a 4:1 ratio!)

  • We track all activities on the Brightwheel app on our iPads

  • We work on motor skills, cognitive games, and mat play appropriate to the age

  • We run a tight ship in this room and love team members who are equally passionate about these wonderful kids!!!

  • We run three shifts: Opener: 7:30-4, Mid: 8:00-5:00, and Closer: 9:30-5:45. We are looking for a teacher who is somewhat flexible with these options. We like to have a predictable routine, but also need to flex our schedules at times to cover teammates, etc.

• Compensation / Benefits

  • We offer annual increases and tenure vacation bonuses (the longer you’re a team member the more you earn)

  • We offer 8 paid holidays, 10 paid days off during extended breaks

  • Our preschool is open year round, but we are closed for DPS Spring, Thanksgiving & Winter Breaks

  • We offer medical, dental and vision insurance with employer contributing $125/mo toward monthly premium

  • 5 paid wellness days

Assistant Teachers

We are currently accepting applications for an Early Childhood Assistant Teacher. Our ideal candidate would have at least 1 year experience working in a Preschool classroom, be eager to learn and passionate about assisting our Lead Teachers in delivering an amazing daily experience for our kiddos.
